I'm not dead yet!

A lot has happened since I haven't been updating this since forever. I don't really have the time to tell all the things that have happened, but the short version is this.

My youngest daughter, CE (10) had a fantastic softball season and was chosen to be on the All-Star team. She is the "starting" pitcher. She also makes a fantastic shortstop and catcher. (I know I'm bragging but dang it I'm the dad AND have you seen her play????)

The next two weekends will be spent at softball tournaments. Go CE!

My oldest daughter, BL (23) (and her husband) just had their first little one born on Monday, July 16 at 9:51pm. BN weighed in at 6lbs 13ozs and 19.25" long.

So, yup, I'm a grandpa again.

I guess that explains why Long John Silver gave me the 20% Senior discount last Sunday. Talk about making you feel old. Not that I was complaining about the $4 off the dinner!
